Rumbling in the deep –
shadows
Murmur in the darkest –
hollows
People disappearing –
unexplicable
Raindrops blend with tears –
undividable
Everybody is trapped in this circle of life, no beginning, no end, no way
OUT - Cannot change the future, cannot change the past, history’s repeating
NOW - Is this a glitch in the matrix, what has changed? Comfort yourself this is
REAL - A three generations lasting deja vu
Everybody is trapped in this circle of life, no beginning, no end, no way
OUT - Cannot change the future, cannot change the past, history’s repeating
NOW - Is this a glitch in the matrix, what has changed? Comfort yourself this is
REAL - A three generations lasting deja vu
A lifetime of wondering ahead
All those memories and fantasies are dead
Who’s your mother, who’s your father, who are you?
Your bloodline is a circle, it is true
If you could travel back and forth in time
Prevent your kin from doing all that crime
You wouldn’t change it, even if you should
You’ll let it happen, for the greater good
Everybody is trapped in this circle of life, no beginning, no end, no way
OUT - Cannot change the future, cannot change the past, history’s repeating
NOW - Is this a glitch in the matrix, what has changed? Comfort yourself this is

The first 30 seconds of "Revenge by Fire" convinced me to get the whole album! It is a face-melting blend of speed and black metal, reminiscent of Hellripper! KVAEN is a Swedish solo project much like Hellripper but many known guest musicians helped J. Björnfot in his endeavor. Altogether it is really a solid debut album, I loved the melodies and the pace changes in the second half too, ending with a "calm" instrumental one. Well-done!! sachavonkarl74
Swedish OSDM is very special to me and I love it dearly. Eschaton is a good opportunity to show you the seasons for this love. Let the buzzsaw reign 🤘
